The National Council for Community & Education Partnerships (NCCEP) www.edpartnerships.org is a not-for-profit umbrella organization whose mission is to develop and strengthen broad-based partnerships throughout the education continuum, from early childhood through postsecondary education. NCCEP partners with and provides technical assistance to the U.S. Department of Education GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) grant program grantees. There are a total of 317 GEAR UP grant cohorts, serving 1.2 million underserved students in the United States.
